What do you need from me to get started?

 

I typically need CAD files, basic elevations if available, and your concept direction. This can include finishes, lighting intent, fixtures, and reference images.

What types of spaces do you render?

 

I create interior renderings for kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, custom millwork, built ins, and other residential interiors. Commercial interiors are considered on a case by case basis.

How long does a rendering take?

 

Turnaround time depends on scope, but most projects take one to two weeks from receiving complete information.

Rush timelines may be available depending on availability.

How many revisions are included?

 

Each project includes a set number of revisions based on scope. Revisions are focused on refining materials, lighting, and details to align with your design intent.

What software do you use?

 

I model in SketchUp and create photorealistic renderings using D5 Render. Everything is built to scale and based on real design constraints.
